Our Story

We Lived the Problem Before We Solved It

Fixed Operations Limited was founded by the former Owner and General Manager of Agincourt Nissan and Infiniti, together with his wife — who served as the dealership's Fixed Operations Manager. Between them, they have decades of direct, hands-on experience running dealership operations at the highest level.

They saw firsthand how warranty administration was consistently one of the most fragile parts of a dealership's operation. Usually only one person really knows the warranty system — and no one can monitor their work effectively. When that person leaves, takes a vacation, or goes on leave, cash flow stops and months of recoverable revenue can be put at risk.

They built Fixed Operations Limited to solve that problem permanently: a company dedicated exclusively to warranty claim management, staffed by a team of experienced administrators, and designed to give dealerships the expertise and continuity they need — at a fixed cost that's less than an in-house clerk.
